In this newly created and highly visible role for a top-ranked medical school, we were retained to identify a contemporary leader who would be responsible for increasing brand awareness for the school in addition to planning and implementing a communications and marketing strategy that aligns with the institution’s overall mission. We recruited a seasoned professional who had a significant track record of success in leading academic medical schools and research institutions. The new leader joined the School during one of the most critical times in health care, and is already making significant contributions.
