Each search begins with face-to-face meetings with you, the client. Interactive, thoughtful, and far-reaching, our intent is to become fully informed on your needs, business strategies and goals. We use these sessions to provide our viewpoint on the market, our experiences with similar searches and perspectives on what it will take for the individual to be successful in your organization.
Identifying Exceptional Talent
Prior to embarking on a search, a team leader formulates a search strategy and ultimately develops a comprehensive recruitment plan.
This plan—the result of research, internal brainstorming, client input, search portfolio review, etc.—is developed with the goal of identifying a diverse slate of candidates who meet and/or exceed “agreed upon” criteria.
Interestingly, our experience has been that clients truly benefit when we innovate, identify the unexpected candidate—the “great athlete” as it were—whose experience and capabilities and values at first may not resonate, but with a seasoned eye, a comprehensive evaluation, and an appreciate for his/her differences, the candidates’ attributes and added value are fully appreciated.

Rigorous Assessment
Our expertise and ability to determine alignment with the mission and values of our clients’ organization are why clients hire us. Rather than leading with the opportunity we've been retained for, we fully interview the candidate first. Only if we determine a candidate to be appropriate, do we then present the opportunity. This methodology benefits the client by providing us with unbiased answers - and ultimately a better qualified, more rigorously assessed candidate. Sensitive to client time-pressures, we do not parade a long list of candidates - any of the candidates presented could be hired.
Efficient, Team-based Recruiting
We take a team approach to all searches allowing us to penetrate the market thoroughly and quickly. We also save time by efficiently communicating with clients, anticipating issues and addressing them quickly. From initial input to extending an offer and closing the search, we take a very hands-on approach to our client's search.
Retention-based Recruiting
Our assignment does not end upon the successful completion of a search. The relationships we develop allow us to remain engaged with candidates and clients after a search is complete so that we can ensure proper onboarding into the organization and increase the longevity of the hire. By understanding our clients' business strategy, mission and values and aspirations, we ensure expectations are aligned and the likelihood of success is increased.
