With a marketing and communication background, I became aware early on that people have a "brand,” just like a business. In the search business, I enjoy matching a company and/or organization’s brand with a person’s brand. This synergy can have unlimited potential, and it is rewarding to have a critical role in this process. In fact, I could describe myself as a catalyst, and the positive outcomes we see at The Ward Group make every moment worth it.

Throughout my business career, I've been fortunate to work with smart, energetic people, and that's allowed me to develop a strong eye for talent. Not just people with a big title and a well-crafted resume, but true talent; the kind of talent that can inspire an organization. Like all of us here at The Ward Group, I've seen how just one person can have a such significant impact, whether at a small firm or one that is much larger.  

I gravitated to The Ward Group because the firm’s core values of respect, integrity, and over-servicing our clients match up with my own beliefs. It has been a great match and I am proud to be part of a firm with such a strong, high-quality reputation.  

I live in the greater Boston area with my husband Bill. Our young adult son and daughter are happily navigating their careers and their lives and we are in awe of them and learning from them every day!
